Lajos király Felsewlyndwa-i Zeechy Tamás érdemeiért a Vas megyei Kwsthanowcz, Radocz és Muzna possessiobeli részbirtokokat és az országban bárhol érvényesíthető birtokjogát Radocz-i Gyerghffy Péternek, akinek, mert a közelmúltban a szőlőhegyben meggyilkolta testvérét: Radocz-i Gyerghffy Istvánt, minden birtoka a királyra szállott, Zeechy Tamásnak adományozza.
