Ulászló adománylevele s néhai Gerse-i Pethew János királyi udvarmester fassioja alapján illeti meg, Pethrowcz-i Henczelffy István mestert, az országbíró és Szlavónia prothonotáriusát s húgának: Orsolyának fiait: Ferencet, Jánost és Pétert.
