Zápolyai János szepesi comes, erdélyi vajda Pethrowcz-i Henczelffy István mester az országbíró és Szlavonia prothonotariusa érdemeiért, amelyeket apja: néhai Zápolya-i János nádor s ennek özvegye: Hedvig tescheni hercegnő, valamint testvére: Zápolya-i György szepesi comes szolgálatában szerzett, hozzájárulását adja ahhoz a remissiohoz, amelyet anyja: Hedvig tescheni hercegnő és testvére: György tett a Vas megyei Halastho possessio-ra vonatkozóan Henczelffy István s rajta keresztül húga: Orsolya fiai: Ferenc, János és Péter részére.
