Ulászlónak: II.Ulászló 1508 szept. 9-i mandatuma alapján be akarván vezetni Czoborzenthmihal-i Czobor Imrét a Bars megyei Nyr birtokába, Thewke-i István fia: István, György fia: Gáspár és Zenthmyhalwr-i Medenczes Zsigmond nevében ellene mondottak a beiktatásnak. Az ellenmondókat a personalis presentia elé idézte a konvent. Hátlapján feljegyzés Pethrowcz-i Henczelffy ........ mester ......
