Ulászló király a néhai László prépost halálával a szent koronára szállott Vas megyei Kys Somlyo birtokát Pethowcz-i Henczelffy István mesternek s nővére: Orsolya név szerint felsorolt gyermekeinek adományozta. A birtokbaiktatásnak ellenmondó Lewryntheffalwa-i Lewrynthe Mihály fia: Imre a kitűzött határidőre nem jelenvén meg, a király az ügyet a legközelebbi Szent Mihály nyolcadára, vagyis a törvényben előírt maximalis egy esztendővel elhalasztja.
