Ulászló király meghagyja a kolozsmonostori konventnek, küldje ki hites emberét, hogy annak jelenlétében a királyi ember a Beszterce civitásban a Szent Kereszt monostorban élő prédikátor barátokat a Torda megyei Zenthmarthon possessió és a benne levő királyi jog birtokába bevezesse, amely őket Mora-i Literatus Albert nemes végrendeletéből és királyi adományból megilleti. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila).
