A csázmai káptalan előtt Kamarya-i Peticha fiai: Péter és Tamás kötelezik magukat, hogy ha a Kamarya birtokon, vagy bárhol másutt fekvő birtokrészeiket bármikor eladni, vagy zálogbaadni kényszerülnének, azokat csak osztályos testvéreiknek: Wyudwar-i Pál deák fia István gyermekeinek: Jánosnak és Annának adhatják, vagy zálogosíthatják el.
