Bude. XXXII. die oct. Georgii. Zsigmond király a Marchaly-i István fia István, özvegye, Anglis által Chaby-i Detre fia Jakab ellen a személyes jelenléte előtt indított pert, a törökök ellen indított jelenlegi hadjárat miatt, Sz. Jakab nyolcadára (aug. 1.) halasztja. Az oklevelet, minthogy János, zágrábi püspök, főkancellár, a pecsétekkel távol van, annak pecsétjével látta el.
