Buda Mich. arch. Zsigmond király, minthogy a Zala megyei Kemend várra és tartozékaira vonatkozó adományleveléből a Vas megyei Tylay birtok kimaradt, a főpapok és bárók tanácsával most ezt is Gerse-i Pethew fia János Vas és Zala megyei ispánnak és fivérének, Tamásnak adományozza.
