Erzsébet királyné panaszára Zdench-i Iuan fia Benedek, királyi ember Ceptk-i János mester kanonok káptalani kiküldött jelenlétében a Barnabás előtti szombaton (június 6.) megidézte Dobrakuchya-i Pál fia Miklóst és Gudizlaus fia László Dobrakuchya-i birtokrészükön Kapy-i Paharus (dictus) Péter özvegye ellenében Szent Jakab nyolcadára (augusztus 1.) eléje.
