Gwth-i Orzag Mihály nádor előtt Mendzenth-i Miklós vallja, hogy ő Namen-i Pochay Antalt hatalmaskodás és kártétel miatt rövid határidejü idézéssel a király személyes jelenléte elé idéztette és ott Antalt magyarországi és szlavónia birtokainak elvesztésére ítélték, mivel azonban Gereben-i Hermann (fia) László neki Antal helyett annak szlavónia birtokai felől teljes elégtételt adott, nyugtatja Pochay Antal a szlavoniai birtokaiból neki járó teljes elégtételadás felől.
