Zagoriai György Zagoria örökös és Varasd-i megye ispánja előtt Koruthna-i János mester nádori ítélőmester vallja, hogy attól a fogottbírói ítélkezéstől, amelyre őt Mihály csázmai őrkanonok, édestestvére: Oresya-i Mihály, a felesége: Dorottya, valamint ZenthJakab-i Sthoz Frigyes Gwth-i Orzag Mihály nádor előtt tett bevallásuk alapján az ő általa választandó bírótársakkal együtt felkérték, visszalép.
