A csázmai káptalan tanusítja, hogy Kauranowcz-i Kauran Miklós báni ember Bálint csázmai kanonokkal ápr. 5-én beiktatta Wehthinocz-i Horwath Pált és társait a báni parancsban megjelölt Paliczna-i birtokrészbe, vétel jogcímén. – Foltos, ragasztott. – A hátoldalon rányomott pecsét nyoma.
