Guti Ország Mihály nádor tudtul adja, hogy Kapy-i János egyfelől, Sebes-i László fia Miklós másfelől a Komoroczky által Kapy-i Jánosnak okozott kár miatt köztük támadt pert beszüntetik, Sebes-i Miiklós Kapy-i Jánosnak kártéritésül ad 18 arany forintot és 4 hordó bort, amit ha nem fizetne meg, Kapy-i János zálogjogon a Sáros megyei Zenthpeter birtokába léphet.
