Buda. Bartholomaei ap. II. Lajos király meghagyja a garamszentbenedeki konventnek, hogy Appon-i Péter udvarnokot, Appon-i Móricot, Miklóst, Ferencet és Bendeket a felsorolt királyi emberek egyikével iktassa be a Nyitra megyei Appon vár, NagyAppon, Naglyan, Nodaan, Vedecze, Ujbaab, Thormocz, Keczy, Sypko, Eurr birtokok, a Kovarcz-i birtokrész, Lehotka, Polyanka, Voyczka puszták birtokába királyi adomány jogcímén.
