15. d. executionis. A garamszentbenedeki konvent jelenti II. Ulászló királynak, hogy tanúvallatást elrendelő parancslevelét Appon-i Péter felperes, Ludan-i Rafael és Jabloncza-i Chusz János felesége Anna alperesek ügyében megkapta. Kiss-Appon-i Pál nyitrai esküdt Farkas pap hiteles emberrel Zewlehen, Ludan, Ujfalu, Palmanfalva, Pereszlen, Kowarcz, Chulad, Zerdahely, Zewlehen, Bussan, Batkafalva, Nagy-Appon és Kiss-Appon (Nyitra m.) birtokokon az Appon várban elkövetett hatalmaskodás tárgyában az oklevélben részletezett módon tanúvallatást tartott. 1824. évi hiteles másolat.
