Pálóci László országbiró itéletének és az abban foglalt statuciós parancsnak végrehajtásaképen a királyi kuriából kiküldött királyi ember és a hites személy néhai Lypowcz-i Muchyn várait: Komogoyna és Kozthannicza várakat, valamint Márton comes Hoych várát és a tenger melletti Ujvárosát fele fele részben Debrenthe-i Tamásnak és Perényi Jánosnak statuálta.
