Pálóci Mátyus országbíró jelenti, hogy Bathyan-i György fia László felperes és Vince István s László, továbbá Zenthgywrgh-i János fia László alperesek és ezek szavatosa Zsigmond király között Garai Miklós nádor ítéletlevélben foglalt ügyben folyó pert ”de generali regio edicto” Szent Mihály nyolcadára (okt. 6.) halasztja.
