Chapy-i András özvegye perét, melyet a fehérvári káptalan perbehívásról szóló jelentésében foglalt ügyben Zenthgergh-i Vince Bálint fia: István, illetve atyja ellen indított, ez utóbbi: István kérésére a királyi perszonális prézencia elé Szent György nyolcadára (május 1.) halasztja.
