Bathian-i György fia László perét, Zenthgieurg-i Vince János, László és Bálint, valamint előállítani rendelt nem nemes familiárisak és jobbágyaik ellen a veszprémi káptalan tanúvallatásról és perbeidézésről szóló jelentésében foglalt ügyben ”propter presentem motum generalis exercitus”, Szent Jakab nyolcadára (aug. 1.) halasztja Pálóci Mátyus országbíró.
