A pannonhalmi konvent előtt Balázs Bakonbeel-i apát ”ex voluntate visitatorum nostrorum” a Beel-i egyház már évek óta művelés nélkül álló deserta szöllejét Kayar possessió Somlyó nevű szőlőhegyén (Veszprém m) egy pincével és egyéb tartozékaival együtt 35 magyar arany forint örök áron Thoth Mihály és Pál jobbágyoknak (providis) eladta. – A szőlő szomszédai fel vannak sorolva. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila).
