A somogyi konvent Orbán választott egri püspöknek, királyi kincstartónak és királyi delegált birónak. 1489 február 16-i parancsára a nádori ember a hites személy jelenlétében Kezewczes-i Lászlót Felsewgal possessiójából /Somogy m./ Batthyány Boldizsár ellenében a parancsban foglalt peres ügyben Szent György nyolcadára inszinuációval prézenciája elé megidézte.
