A csázmai káptalan jelenti Vingárti Geréb Mátyás dalmát, horvát és szlavón bánnak, hogy amikor 1487. szeptember 8-i parancsára Hermann Lászlót a mandátumban feljegyzett öt jobbágytelek birtokába be akarták vezetni, annak Werhowcz-i Bertalan özvegye: Margit asszony és név szerint felsorolt társai ellentmondottak, amiért őket Vízkereszt nyolcadára (ja. 13.) a bán körösi székére perbe idézték. – Hátlapján a jobb alsó sarokban: Scripta.
