Mátyás király Garidnicza-i Passingar Kristóf feleségének Susko-nak panaszára, miszerint Zentherne-i Kwsther Máté és Krouzka-i Péter, valamint feleségeik jobbágyai által a panaszosok Garidnicza birtokán elkövetett hatalmaskodás ügyében a bán és az albán miatti félelemből nem mernek a bíróság elé járulni, megparancsolja a csázmai káptalannak, hogy a panaszosokkal szemben idézzék meg a hatalmaskodókat.
