Mátyás király meghagyja a csázmai káptalannak, kézbesittesse ki a Garydnycza-i Passinger Kristóf és felesége Susko asszony érdekében kiadott és ide mellékelt parancsot Szlavonia bánjainak vagy vicebánjainak és Körös megyének és a kézbesités eredményéről a perszonális prézenciának tegyen jelentést. Papír, kisebb hiánnyal. Piros viaszú zárópecsét maradv. Szilágyi Mihály gubernátor pecsétjével van megpecsételve. MÁTYÁS 1 KIRÁLY
