Pálóczi Mátyus országbíró megbírságolja Rum-i Gergely fia Jánost, valamint Thorlothfalua-i Imre fia Ulrikot és László fia Jánost, mivel perbeli ellenfelük, Sork-i János deák a maga és Chakan-i András fia Illés és János fia Pál nevében Szent György nyolcadától kezdve 32 napig várta őket az országbíró előtt, de nem jelentek meg.
