Lajos király tanúsítja, hogy Batthyány Ferencet, akinek horvát, szlavón és dalmát báni tisztséget adományozott, nem fosztja meg a kir. pohárnokmesteri tisztségtől sem, amíg arról maga Ferenc le nem mond.
