Somogyvár. II. p. Georgii mart. Somogy megye tanúsítja, hogy Batthyány István panaszára Deed-i Zabo Pál szolgabíró a megyében vizsgálatot tartott, amelynek során megtudta, hogy amikor márc. 21. táján Mesther István, Byro András és Kys Mátyás, a panaszos Alsobathyan-i jobbágyai az Alsobathyan-i szőlőhegyen Mesther István szőlőjében dolgoztak, András türjei prépost az oklevélben felsorolt BessenyewZenthgergh-i jobbágyai megverték és megsebesítették őket.
