A vasvári káptalan jelenti Garai Miklós nádornak, hogy Molnar-i Gál, királyi ember, Zsigmond király 1433. dec. 3-án kelt parancslevele értelmében vizsgálatot tartott Vas megyében, majd Horo-i Imrét, feleségét: Zsuzsannát, Egyed fia Istvánt, Baych-i Mihály fia Pétert, Baych-i alias Chakan-i Mihály leányát, György feleségét, megidézte Eghazaschakan-i András fia Illés és társai ellen vízkereszt nyolcadára a nádor elé.
