Buda. 16. d. oct. Michaelis. Kaplai János országbíró a Telegd-i Miklós fia Miklós felperes és Benedek bán fiának Miklósnak fia Bazilius alperes és ennek expeditorai: Chuka Pál kun kapitány fiai: Benedek, Antal és Jakab között Beeb possessió (Csanád m.) miatt folyó perben az expeditorok bemutatták I. Károly király 1315. március 14-i adománylevelét, 1321. március 31-i privilégiumát s I. Lajos király 1350. (április 23-i) parancsát, ezután az országbíró a per tárgyalását a felek kívánságára Szent György nyolcadára (máj. 1.) halasztotta.
