A kapornaki konvent Zápolyai István nádornak. Miután az 1498. május 31.-i parancsára Zala megyében megtartott tanúvallatás bizonyította, hogy minden úgy történt meg, amint a panaszos előadta, illetve a mandátum tartalmazta, Zenthbalas-i Zele Mártont és feleségét: Anna asszonyt Zenthbalas possessióból Szent Mihály nyolcadára /okt.6./ inszinuációval a nádori prézencia elé Hymffy Imre ellenében törvénybe idézték. – Hátlapján felj. a per további folyamára. – Kissé kitöredezett zárópecsét. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila).
