A veszprémi káptalan Ország Mihály nádornak jelenti, hogy miután az 1465 március 15-i parancsára Veszprém megyében megtartott tanuvallatás bizonyította, hogy minden úgy történt meg, amint a panaszos előadta illetve a mandátum tartalmazta, ezért Tamás püspököt s Hym fiait: Lőrincet és Imrét Pothon possessióból Ilona asszony ellenében Szent György nyolcadára /máj. 1./ inszinuációval a nádori prézencia elé törvénybe idézték.
