Buda. D. Judica. Mária királynő bizonyítja, hogy a néhai Buldre (dictus) Mihály budai polgár adósa maradt I. Lajos királynak az erdélyi sókamara bérlete után, ezért Buda városban levő birtokait lefoglalták, így a domonkosok Szent Miklós kolostora mellett délről levő háztelkét is, amelyet a királynő Szécsi Miklós országbírónak adományoz.
