Buda. IV. p. Egidii abb. Perényi Imre nádor felkéri a budai káptalant, hogy küldje ki hiteles emberét, akinek jelenlétében a felsorolt királyi emberek egyike iktassa be Kerezthwr-i Miklóst és feleségét, Krisztinát Enyingi Therek Imre nándorfehérvári bán Naghmaroth nevű birtokába, továbbá Kysmaroth és Nyr birtokokon, Baya és Kyskomar pusztákon levő részbe birtokcsere jogcímén. Átírva a budai káptalan 1517. október 15-én kelt oklevelében.
