A csázmai káptalan előtt Cristol (?) nembeli Lőrinc fia István lánya, Pál fia Lukács felesége, Bongoch a Topolcha folyó két oldalán fekvő birtokrészét, amelyen a Szent Kozma és Damján tiszteletére kápolna épült, Lukácsnak és fiának, Andrásnak adja.
