A csázmai káptalan előtt Thoplyancz-i Thessenyey Bálint, fia: János és összes rokonai terhét magára véve a Körös megyei Petheryasouch szőlőhegyen levő Doghy nevű szőlője felét, amely szőlőt délről SabnyczaZenthIwan-i Kawranych János szőlője, északról közút határolja, eladja 5 arany forintért Bathyan-i Boldizsárnak és fiainak, Boldizsárnak, Ferencnek és Bertalannak.
