A (csázmai káptalan) előtt Oressya-i Gergely a Körös megyei Zobocchyna, Brezowcz, Zwybowcz, Gradeowcz, Zela és Nowak birtokait, valamint a Zwybowcz-i kastélyát Gereben-i Herman Lászlónak adja, amennyiben azokat mások kezéből visszaváltani tudja, Herman László ennek fejében Gergelynek 12 jobbágytelket és egy kuriának való helyet biztosít a birtokain. – Papír, felső néhány sora hiányzik – Ovális pecsét a hátlapján – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Érszegi) CSÁZMAI KÁPTALAN
