A csázmai káptalan tanúsítja, hogy Zagorjei György varasdi ispán parancsára Samffywcz Zsigmondot és Dorottya asszonyt, Zenthjacap-i Stoz Frigyes özvegyét beiktatták a Varasd megyei Jakopelcz, Ebres, Zenthilia, Goricza és Zbelewo őket zálogjogon megillető birtokok birtokába a szomszédok jelenlétében. – Hátlapján ovális pecsét töredéke. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Érszegi) CSÁZMAI KÁPTALAN
