Buda. VI. a. Valentini. Bátori István nádor megparancsolja Podmaniczky István nyitrai püspöknek, hogy e parancs kézbesítésétől számított negyedik napon előtte mindenképpen jelenjék meg és feleljen az ellene Parwcza-i Kristóf által emelt panaszra, amelynek lényege ugyanezzel a kelettel a budai káptalanhoz intézett parancsban foglaltatik és egyben nem nemes familiárisait és jobbágyait, akiknek nevei ugyancsak az említett mandátumban vannak felsorolva, állítsa elő.
