Az országos rendek (prelati, barones, nobiles et proceres regni Hungarie universi) meghagyják a váci káptalannak, hogy Zwhapath-i László fia: Miklós fiát: Antalt a Nógrád megyei Locz-i 11 jobbágytelek birtokába minden jogcímen (omnis iuris) vezessék be. Átírta a váci káptalan 1450. október 13-án kelt oklevelében, melynek XVI-XVII. századi egyszerű másolata DL 65897. – Eredetije: DL 44582.
