Gara-i Miklós nádor, a kunok bírája bizonyítja, hogy Gyarmath-i Balázs fia: Miklós mester a Zelew-i János mester országbírói prothonotariusnak már korábban elzálogosított Nógrád megyei Stregoua, Zenthpeter birtokokra és a Pathak-i birtokrészre felvesz újabb 50 forintot új királyi pénzben (presentis nove monete regalis).
