(in Augustini). A váradi káptalan előtt Zatmar-i Demeter fia: László fiaI. Gergely és Demeter a Nógrád megyei Terebelyd nevű, most idegen kézen levő birtokon egyedül őket illető jogok visszaszerzésére és elidegenítésére az ugyancsak jelen levő atyjuknak: Lászlónak teljes felhatalmazást adnak, ideértve az ügyben nevükben történő ügyvédvallást is, minthogy személyesen nem tudnak odamenni.
