(f. 2. P. cond. pasch. in Ambrosii) Threnchinii. Trencsén megye alispánja és szolgabírái, átírva II. Lajos királynak Jeszenicze-i Szunyogh Bertalan (egr.) ügyében 1521. május 31-én és Jeszenicze-i Szunyogh Gáspár fiai: László és Mózes ügyében 1521. május 14-én kelt oklevelét, mivel az örökölt birtokjog (ius hereditarium)nem tartozik a megye elé, Gáspár fiai pedig fellebbeztek, az eddig halasztódott pert felterjesztik a királyi személyes jelenlét elé. Átírta Sárkány Ambrus országbíró 1525. február 6. > Nádasdy Tamás országbíró 1549. Ennek 1789. évi másolata DL 66054.
