Mester esztergomi prépost és a káptalan bizonyítják: Byter ispán írásban tiltakozott előttük amiatt, hogy rokona és szomszédja: Sándor a vele szomszédos földjét idegeneknek akarja elzálogosítani, és ezáltal az ő hozzájárulása nélkül elörökíteni, aminek levele útján ellentmondott..
