Palocz-i László országbíró bizonyítja, hogy Gyarmath-i Balázs fia: László (egr.) tiltakozott az ellen, hogy idősb (maior) Podmeniczky László (egr.) az ő Turóc megyei Kosthyan nevű birtokát Mátyás királytól felkérte, és be akarja magát abba iktattatni, ezért a királyt az adományozástól, Lászlót pedig, és mindenki mást az elfoglalástól és a használattól eltiltotta.
