IV. p. Lucie. A váradi káptalan előtt Tyuised-i István fia Jakab deák egyfelől, Gyulahaza-i Gyula fia János a maga és fivérei: Benedek és Miklós nevében másfelől megjelentek, Jakab deák előadta, hogy János, Benedek és Miklós jobbágyai Gemse villa-ból nekik sérelmet okoztak, de János 40 forint (1 forint = 100 dénár) kártérítést ígért böjtközép nyolcadára, mire Jakab nyugtatta Jánost, Benedeket és jobbágyaikat a kártétel felől.
