in vig. Mathei. Visul. I. Lajos király tudtul adja, hogy Tvra-i Fábián panasza szerint Warkun-i Aba fia Péter megcsonkította és javaitól megfosztotta és bár másik oklevelével Zudar István mesternek meghagyta, hogy adjon neki elégtételt, de mivel Borsod megyei tisztségétől időközben megfosztották, ezt nem tudta megtenni.
