Buda. Drugeth Miklós országbíró, turóci ispán tudtul adja, hogy Anarch-i István fia László Percholt-i Egyed fiai: Demeter és Simon ellen a Szerbia elleni Vízkereszt quindenájára meghirdetett királyi hadoszlás 15-ödétől 24 napig várt, de utóbbiak nem jelentek meg, ezért megbírságolja őket. Eredetiről készült fénykép, záró pecsét volt rajta. (Dátum lehet: 1355. február 27., 25. d. term. pren.
