Az egri káptalan előtt Zwynye-i János tiltakozik amiatt, hogy bár ő maga megtartotta a Berzeuiche-i Poharnok dictus Istvánnal kötött egyezségét, István mégis Nyarad birtokon a halastó zsilipjét felhuzatva, a halakat kifogatta s ezzel 100 arany forint kárt okozott, ezenfelül visszaadta ugyan a Thaard-i házat, de annak kertjében gabonát rakatott le. - Foltos, a felső szélén kissé szakadt. - A hátoldalon rányomott pecsét maradványa.
