A leleszi konvent előtt Zbwgia-i György fia Sándor és Kaponya-i Kaponyas György tanusítják, hogy Kaponyas György az Ung megyei KysZerethwa-i birtokrészre vonatkozó 5 oklevelet adott át Sándornak: az egri káptalan 2 oklevelét, Opuliai László nádor 2 oklevelét és a leleszi konvent oklevelét, mivel a birtokrészt Sándornak adta el. Papír. Hátoldalon rányomott pecsét nyoma. LELESZI KONVENT
